Driving and delivery work
The first thing to establish in any driving search is whether the role needs a commercial licence. It changes the pay, the hours, the training and whether you can apply at all.
The word driver on its own returns both, and — unhelpfully — also returns engineering roles with driver in the title, which is worth knowing before you assume a search is broken.

CDL or not
Local delivery in a van or box truck usually does not need a CDL. Anything over the federal weight threshold does, and postings state the class they want. Class A and Class B are not interchangeable.
If you are working towards a CDL, some employers run paid training programmes and advertise them as driving jobs. They are worth searching for by name.
What the schedule really means
Local, regional and over-the-road describe how often you are home, and that is usually the single most important fact about a driving job. A posting that does not say is worth asking about before interview.
